Add QueryEngine tool (?)

To provide context for the coordinator and agents it would be nice to be able to provide one or more QueryEngines (vector data bases) based on my internal documentation. LLamaIndex provides those which I use for my own internal chat bots. See https://docs.llamaindex.ai/en/stable/module_guides/deploying/query_engine/.

Its unclear to me whether the DocumentLookup tool provides some of this functionality as there is close to zero documentation of this tool.

Looking into the code of DocumentLookup I do see probably should work as a QueryEngine. Again its quite unclear as its not documented and the docstrings don't contain api documentation or examples.
