Expose tags and other taxonomy in the UI

Articles in the writing section have both categories and tags. These are not surfaced anywhere in the UI today. Once there are more articles in this section, it will make sense to expose them somehow.

If this works well, it can be incorporated into other content types like research articles and projects.
