Aalto University is one of the highly ranked European universities for its STEM departments. It has AScI International Sumer Internship Program every year: https://www.aalto.fi/en/aalto-science-institute-asci/aalto-science-institute-international-summer-research-programme. It is a well funded program with usual acceptance rate of ~6%.
