Feature: Ability to extend the validity of an email address

As the title says, it would be useful sometimes to just be able to prolong the duration of an address.

I can see why someone may find it useful to extend an inbox to greater than 24hours. However it’s not something I plan on adding. I’m happy to take prs that add this feature, with the requirement that the pr also adds a config env var that can disable this ability.

hello is this feature still relevant? there was also a need to extend the life of the mailbox, I'm thinking about making my own implementation of this functionality

What about reducing the life of a mailbox? I usually only need them for at most an hour at a time.

This is actually something I have been working on, just not had much time to test it properly. I'll PR back to the repo once it's tested and working.
