Update NFC Reader/Writer ErrDisp crash #85

When attempting to use the "Update Nintendo 3DS NFC Reader/Writer" option in amiibo Settings applet (Cabinet) on an o3DS (n3DS shouldn't have this option), the applet ErrDisp crashes.

expected/suggested behavior

When tapping the "Update Nintendo 3DS NFC Reader/Writer" button in the applet, it doesn't crash, tries to update a physical NFC reader or checks for wumiibo updates and installs them.

observed behavior

When tapping the "Update Nintendo 3DS NFC Reader/Writer" button in the applet, an ErrDisp crash occurs.

Hello, this is also happening to me in January 2025, did you manage to solve it? Sorry for my English, I'm using a translator so you can understand me.

not solved as of now, waiting for fix
