GitHub - harshitsingh13/IIITD-ANDROID-FITNESS-APPLICATION: 1) An android application that helps the users to boost their physical activities and move towards a healthier lifestyle in their busy schedule within their work environment. 2) Apart from the exercises, the application would also focus on minute things that could bring major transformation in one’s life like water tracking (reminder), medicine reminders, diet tips, and preventive measures for lifestyle diseases like diabetes, high/low blood pressure, etc. 3) Currently, the application is developed for the IIIT Delhi community with customised details of the campus and available resources. 4) Some of the features provided by the app are: Physical Fitness- Includes exercises for people who have time or less time, including monthly plans. Mental Fitness- Providing activities for anger management, stress management, meditation techniques. Calories tracker according to your body weight and height. We have also provided special exercises and activities for elderly people to stay fit or those who are not able to do usual activities. 5) E-mail verification is needed whenever a new user is registered with his details. Login is restricted to the IIIT-D community only. 6) Database is maintained and managed through firebase.
