Working on GFP ASR and ran into some bugs because the name of these proteins include the word "protein" which was being removed from their names, and since humans do not have a GFP homolog I could not make a 'paralog' column in my dataset. Mike made edits to '_private.py' and 'ncbi.py' to remedy these issues.
Final edit is to 'environment-setup.md' where Mike still needs to go in and add instructions for installing topiary with python on the user's computer.
