Deploying HAPI FHIR in Kubernetes with multiple replicas — any known issues or best practices?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently planning to deploy the HAPI FHIR JPA Server on Kubernetes in a production environment. My goal is to run multiple replicas of the HAPI FHIR server behind a load balancer for horizontal scalability and high availability.

Before I proceed, I’d like to ask if there are any known issues or special considerations when running multiple HAPI FHIR instances concurrently.
