PuPu 0.0.2 - Early Preview Release 🚀

This is the second early preview release of PuPu (version 0.0.2). While still in its early stages, this update brings several major improvements and bug fixes alongside the basic chat functionality with the Ollama model.

Major Updates:

  • 🐧 Linux Support: Fixed a critical Linux bug and the built package is now available for download.
  • ⬇️ Direct Ollama Download: You can now download Ollama directly within the app.
  • 🌗 Theme Options & UI Enhancements: Added support for both dark and light themes along with a host of UI changes for a smoother experience.

Basic Functionality:

  • 🌐 Chat with Ollama: Enjoy the core chat functionality with the Ollama model.
  • 🖥️ Cross-platform Support: Available on macOS (Intel & ARM64), Windows, and now Linux.

⚠️ Known Limitations & Bug Fixes:

  • Early Version Reminder: This is still an early-stage release – expect some bugs and limited features.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • On macOS and Linux, closing the window will now correctly trigger an app quit.
    • Resolved an issue where markdown internal links would cause the app to display a blank screen.
    • More enhancements and improvements are coming in future updates.

PuPu 0.0.1 - Early Preview Release 🚀
