Sharing a library no possible

I just tried to share a library via the Seafile App on my iPad and it was not possible. I can only share folders withing a library. If I remember correct, sharing a library was possible in an older version of the client. I also tried it on an Android smartphone and there was the same problem.
Attached there are screenshots of the interface that show the problem.
