裁剪有了，通常裁剪都需要旋转、缩放，不知道使用目前API如何实现。

你好，可以实现扩展插件，详情可以看 useDrawPoster.use
可以满足不同的需求，假如已经实现，可以提一个 pull 一起完善插件
