Labeling for time axis

For data that corresponds to time, a TickMarkGenerator that translates numerical values (possibly seconds) to a formatted date string has to be implemented.

So there has been quite some progress on this issue on from 81af336 to df41520 and I think there was also a 'demo' class with a small time dependent dataset but I think it was not committed yet.
@lvcarx was there a demo among the test classes? If yes, it would be great if you could commit it on the time-axis-labels branch.

No, if i remember correctly there wasn't a demo with a time dependent dataset (i used the scatterplot demo class to demonstrate the time labeling mechanism).
But i could create one :)

Yes that would be great! A separate demo class for showcasing the time axis labeling stuff. I think this also includes the automatic label rotation, or is this yet on another branch? ^^

Perfect! Label rotation is afaik included in this branch.
