Implement changes to INFORMATION modals to match style guide

Overview

Change all the INFORMATION & OTHER modals on the website to match the approved designs for modals.

Action Items

For each of the information and other modals in the document(linked in resources), change the design to match the suggested styles by the design team. The information modals are marked by a "I" and other modals by a "O" before the modal name.

• Change the following modals:
  • Inapplicable Strategies
  • Checklist Modal
  • Terms & Conditions Modal
    • When you group the content into paragraphs, also make changes to the terms and conditions page
• Review with product and dev. Update if needed based on feedback
• Once finalized, add before and after images to the staging deck on this slide
  • if no slide has been made, make one in the staging deck
• Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slide deck.
