Overview

This issue is for tracking initial to-dos for the new Engineering PM

Action Items

  • Help engineering lead with team structure
  • Determine engineering milestones
  • Move engineering issues to appropriate milestones
  • PM sync with Engineering lead to set expectations and identify additional action items
  • Make sure engineering has separate weekly engineering meeting so they can breakout by persona on Tuesday meeting
