Description
Made a component that lists all of the Healthy Habit Form Submissions, and slapped it to the end of the history tab for clients

How to Test
Run
pnpm dev, make sure you are logged in as a client, select the healthy habits program, and go to the history tab. You may need to first fill out a mock form if there is no data.
