Description
added a component called EnrolledProgramsSelectionScreen that takes in an array of program enrollments. It displays them as boxes to be clicked on

How to Test
create a new test account, manually change the program request status to accepted in the db, then login with said account and view the dashboard page. test with multiple programs and with no programs accepted
