Description
Added enrollment form with all required fields. Edited the
EnrollmentFormschema a little to make it work.Relevant Issues
Date of birth picker turns red when the user attempts to input. Doesn't break functionality, just turns red as if there is an error, when there is none. Not sure how to fix this.
Also there is a wide gap between first and last name, also not sure how to fix this.
