Look at the healthy habits dashboard. Notice how there are 2 tabs for clients and metrics. Implement both.

On the clients tab, there is a title that says clients, a search bar, and a table. The table shows everyone in the program. For now, just show first name, last name, email, phone number and nothing else.

On the metrics side show enrolled clients and enrollments in last 3 months.

This is a lot of copy pasting and renaming mostly, as well as changing the data source. You may have to write the query function yourself but there are examples for healthy habits and rigs without cigs.
