Follow these steps:
Download/Clone all the files on your system
download and install Python and Jinja2
Download and install Google App Engine SDK
Open Terminal and cd to the downloaded app folder
Ente ther Command "dev_appserver.py ."
Open the Website in your browser at "localhost:8080"
