Data Model update - Course Grade

Does not include Course Grade.
Need direction for Daniel on how to house course grade.

There is ONE course grade for a student for a course

Should course grade be handled as the highest level of objective?
Or added as a new component in the data model?

...If as objective, the ratings would be different than of the other levels of objectives.
For example:
"A" for the course
"Meets" for the objective
"Meets" for the sub-objectives (although teacher could conceivably use a different set of ratings language for sub-objectives than for objectives).
