Add sections to the course dropdown list for more filtering options.

course dropdown should itself actually be unique combinations of course and section. For example, PreCalc - Pd 1 and PreCalc - Pd 2 are two instances in the pull down. Both are course PreCalc, but they are different sections. Students that appear are for that section.

@wartowski @gurunate @albonney Has the data layer for this been done? The seed data only has a single course so I am wondering how a section is added to the database. Is it considered a course as well?

The data layer isn't done. I'll have a little time this week to work on it.
