Parallelized processes

Thank you for making this repository. It's been of great help in our research.
I was wondering if their was a version of the scripts in this repo that have been optimized for parallel processing? I'm asking because I am attempting to parallelize the pubtator to xml conversion process and I thought having that open would be a good idea.

Please let me know and I can submit a pull request when I'm done.

Hi @AbrehamT, thanks for your interest in improving PubTator! Just FYI, I'm co-maintaining this repo with the other repo owners. To answer your question, I'm unaware of any scripts that implement parallelization in the XML conversion process.
