Giving and receiving feedback

First, a good exercise about "finding your ideal boss" to write an article about yourself that describes your ideals and quriks. Here's an example of one.

This will create a level playing field and give a good idea of who you are as a person, and then build out the ability to give and receive feedback based on some details about oneself.
