The iTrack PSES is an application that allows one to visualize and efficiently analyze [Public Service Employee Survey (PSES)](https://www.canada.ca/en/treasury-board-secretariat/services/innovation/public-service-employee-survey.html) results using state-of-art Data Science (DS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques.
It makes it easy to extract and compare the PSES results across departments, questions and years, making it possible to efficiently identify the areas of concern and leadership within the Public Service. Detailed Reports, containing PSES results for a selected Department, can be automatically generated.
The App is compliant with [Scientific Integrity](https://www.canada.ca/en/treasury-board-secretariat/services/information-notice/scientific-integrity-policies.html) and [Reproducible Research](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK362433/) principles.
All generated numbers and graphs are directly linked to the source data from which they have been generated.

#### Functionalities
The Light Version of the App includes the following functionalities:
- Live Open Canada PSES results data upload, fusion, normalization, and validation.
- Interactive visualization of PSES results by department, theme and year - in graphical and tabular form.

- Ability to add new PSES results data.
- Detection of trends and anomalities.
- Short-term prediction and forecasting of performance and employee churns (experimental).
- Automated recommender system that identifies the best opportunities for improvement within organization (experimental).
