Variable TTF "k" broken on Windows 11

What version of the font are you using and in what application are you seeing this broken k? Some steps to repro would be helpful.

thanks. Yes, the hinting in the version of the font you point to, is completely broken. Looks like the incorrect hinting has been imported into this font somehow. @m4rc1e

I came across this issue on Twitter, thanks to @kory33.
I confirmed that this rendering issue can be reproduced in my environment, at least on Windows 7 (no Service Pack), Windows Server 2022 21H2, and Windows 11 Pro 23H2.
From this, it is clear that the issue is not limited to Windows 11.
It appears to me that the issue is not only with the lowercase letter 'k', but also with the uppercase 'K', question mark '?' and lowercase 'f'.
