This removes all the comments, but the comments still seem to be present in the Godot version of this file. It would be nice if this was just a copy of the file from Godot with no changes to make future syncs easy. Or, is there also a PR that removes the comments in Godot's as well?

Updated to fully match the Godot repo's updated versions, rather than being slightly ahead. Most of the ahead cases were down to a similar update batch not being merged yet on Godot's end, but that's now been addressed for full version parity |
