"Save Draft" action in block editor doesn't trigger ajax save of access plans for courses or memberships #26

1. Reproduction Steps

Create a course/membership
Add some access plans
save post as a draft

2. Expected Behavior

Access plans will be saved automatically via the "Save Draft" button

3. Actual Behavior

Access plans are not saved

4. Error Messages / Logs

N/A
