Cyrillic to Latin module will convert strings that are passed through Drupal t() function and string/text field values. If you are using the Address module, country name will also be converted to latin.

This module requires no modules outside of Drupal core.
- Install the Cyrillic to Latin module as you would normally install a contributed Drupal module. Visit https://www.drupal.org/node/1897420 for further information.
Go to the Cyrillic to Latin settings (admin/config/regional/cyrillic-to-latin) and enable/disable string conversion.
