Proposal

@giorgiofraschini has proposed to extend users configuration options in order to be able to see to which channel users are associated.

Motivation and context

This extention is expected to simplify users management making it possible for example to see if a user is only associated to one channel or multiple that is useful information to be taken into account when reconfiguring or evaluating deletion of users.
