Being able to add more than one case is such a helpful feature for Juniors! HOWEVER, this quickly became a painpoint for Seniors. We need the case to stay "bundled" until it is verified. The bundle became unpackaged and a seniors queue quickly filled up with X number of rows! If any edits needed to be made, there was no way to change the bundle, we had to select and edit individual cases. This was so hard to keep track of! It was "easier" to edit cases using GoogleSheets when you didn't have to open a specific case and you could just select a cell and drag edits to copy in other rows/cases in the spreadsheet. I think about my experience with mpox and how frequently I needed to edit case data - how can we improve the features in the portal to reduce senior burden?
