After weeks in rc, I'm calling v3.0.0 ready.
As always, please feel free to raise any issues.

This is a significant upgrade to the user interface and changes the navigation of the M5StickC devices in subtle ways (especially in manipulating items).

Gah, I just found #165, which appears to be a problem with how settings are handled.
If I can't find and fix shortly, I will pull the release 😐

v3.0.1 released to address.

Please do not use v3.0.0.

It's great works. But In m5stick, the buttons are not intuitive as the screen changes from landscape to portrait. The right button is at the top, so it would be nice to move it up.
