Are there plans to implement Find (⌘+F)? grep works great, but sometimes I've got a lot of output and ⌘+F would be very helpful.

Yes I do! #189 is the existing issue.

One feature you can use for now (not a total replacement) is binding the write_scrollback_file keybinding. On macOS this defaults to cmd+shift+j I believe. This will write all your scrollback to a temporary file and paste in the path to that file. This is useful to open with less, grep, etc.
