macOS: Configured window-width, window-height settings are incorrect

With the following settings, Ghostty is rendering a larger window than expected.

window-width = 140
window-height = 32

• window-decoration is not configured.

Are we certain? Two differences with that issue:

• This affects both height and width.
• The delta here is these dimensions are larger than expected, not smaller.

I had thought the other one was for both and not just height based on #599, despite what the author said in the description.
