I get this same issue with any other terminal emulator with Vim's1 built-in terminal, so I suspect this is a Vim but and not a Ghostty but. Footnotes

Hello, when launching the Ghostty shell, I can correctly use alt-b and alt-f to move the cursor backward and forward one word.
However if I launch Vim, then open a terminal there with
:terminal
, alt-b printsâ
and alt-f printsæ
. Is this a configuration issue or a bug?Here's my version information
