Feature request: notification for long running tasks

This seems aligned to the "native app" goal of Ghostty, but isn't a common feature. Disclaimer: this idea is from warp.

General idea: if a long running task ends and the window/tab isn't on top and in focus, show a system notification. It's useful when you're waiting on something (like a long ffmpeg).

The terminal emulator level feels like the right layer to implement this at?
