ghostty +list-themes: no resource directory found

I've switched to installing Ghostty via Homebrew from @tip:

$ ghostty +version
Ghostty 1.0.2-main+4b82e0aa

then, trying to list themes I get

Could not find the Ghostty resources directory. Please ensure that Ghostty is installed correctly.
No themes found, check to make sure that the themes were installed correctly.%

It seems that I need to have XDG_DATA_DIRS configured similar to what is suggested on #4725

But when we get Homebrew info on ghostty:

$ brew info ghostty

⚠️ It seems that not all the resources are properly symlinked to the installation via Homebrew. Could be a bug at https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/blob/HEAD/Casks/g/ghostty.rb ?

Anyone having a similar issue or a solution for it?

There was a maybe 4 or 5 hour period where our builds were broken and missing the resource directory (for tip). This was resolved. Can you try upgrading and noting if that's still happening?
