[macOS] Disable text selection when dragging the window

I noticed a small inconvenience while dealing with window dragging.

Sorry if this is a duplicate, but I couldn't find any discussions/issues related to this matter, nor any mentions that this behaviour will be fixed in future releases.

1. You lose text selection when dragging the window
2. Selection occurs when you drag the window with too much passion
