Truncated output caused by hyperlinks

Running the following command in my desktop folder:

eza --hyperlink

causes truncated or mangled output, and the occasional crash. Reproduces more reliably in a new tab/window.

Uploaded 00deff14-05ff-420a-9a0f-f15b0abd2233.ghosttycrash (debug build) and b19b8165-fde4-44d4-3cb9-59e165e178d5.ghosttycrash (release build) to Sentry.

asciinema play asciicast.json

on macOS Ghostty 1.0.1 and I did not get a crash...

I was only able to get it to crash once, but truncated/mangled output happens basically 100% of the time if done in a new tab.

Hmm now I've tried again there does seem to be something about running the ascsiicast in a new tab/window that reliably leads to one of the following:

• A hang partway through the listing until enter is pressed a few times
• The output being compressed and garbled

An example of the garbled output is attached as a screenshot (there should be around twice as many lines):

I haven't encountered a crash since the day I first reported this, so perhaps I mixed it up with a debug mode run? If someone could look at b19b8165-fde4-44d4-3cb9-59e165e178d5.ghosttycrash (uploaded to Sentry), then they'll be able to tell.
