Updated mksprite tool, fixing problems with RISC OS 5.

Changes since 1.10:

• Fix for sprite creation using mode selectors that were inconsistent, and rejected by RISC OS 5.

MkSprite and SFMerge release 1.10.

No new features in this release compared to 1.09, but the sources are now built to support 32bit systems. The released tools should work on both legacy 26bit and modern 32bit versions of RISC OS.
