Command key plus another key combos do not work!

When I try to use cmd+d to duplicate, it just moves the object right. Even if I add a custom keybind so comma duplicates, it just moves it right. This problem happens with other command or control key things to.
I'm on MacOS, with the latest version of custom keybinds from the geode index.

Let me reiterate. This is an issue with putting Command and Control together, right?

No, it's when using either

I tried setting "Duplicate" to "," and when i pressed comma in the editor, instead of duplicating it just moved the object right. And when I pressed cmd+D it also moved it right.
