It would be useful to search the repo to see if an entry was discussed before, and maybe add to the same ticket so we understand the decision process, especially if we change.

The last ticket about this InterPro is #4181
where you suggested that mapping for InterPro.

In a previous ticket you had suggested elongation #651.

#4181 is clearly an error, I think I was confusing spt5 with Spt6 (which is remodelling)
Spt5 is core elongation.
I do usually check the old tickets.

Thank you for this. I removed the term from this entry. I think the already available GO:0006354 covers this activity. The changes will be available in the next InterPro release.
