in general,

babylscript modified from Rhino JavaScript interpreter, lingascript modified from typescript
babylscript has 12 languages translation, lingascript has 2 (tw, cn) for now
lingascript use diff-match-patch to make the upgrade easier
babylscript has downloadable version. lingascript can install via npm. ~~lingascript can does not provide downloadable version yet (lingascript is just starting and can't write everything in native yet)~~
