If the concepts groups are sequential, then the concept group annotation in plotTetrachoric works well -- ie. Q1 = A, Q2 = A, Q3 = B, Q4 = B, etc.
If the concept groups are random throughout the test, then the concept grouping overlays on plotTetrachoric get confused.
