设备类型删除手机，将台式机的Mac括号独立为单独选项。
提供“在线下单没有本校区可用技术员时，分配其他校区技术员”选项，并提示：需要携带报修设备前往较远的校区。推荐望江/华西校区用户使用，因为望江/华西校区技术员较少。如果不勾选，则您的线下单可能需要等待较长时间才能被分配技术员。

新增可选填空：型号，最好在附近添加提示：”型号指用来识别同一品牌不同电脑的附加名称，如华硕天选3的天选3。“
