it seems that adding masonrycruor.shop to the hostfile does block any random generated site to accure but it does not block the redirect from happening it still redirects just now it redirects to an error

Oh I get what you're trying to do (download). Are you trying to do this more than once though? Because it doesn't seem needed. The link does change each time.
