The Froala toolbar can be focussed with Alt + F10. If the user navigates to the Text Colour button and confirms with Enter, the corresponding pop-up opens. The focus is set to Hex Colour and the user can enter a value and then confirm.

Unfortunately, the keyboard user has no possibility to focus and thus select the predefined colours.
