Create / Delete Helpers Service

Spooky currently has a create_floor service which (obviously) creates a floor. It would be useful to have the ability to also create entities using service calls. For example, there are timers I only ever use inside a single script / automation. It would make things cleaner if the script / automation itself made / deleted the timer.
