\subsection*{Method}
\begin{enumerate}
\item Place bread in a large bowl. Add milk. Stand for 5 minutes.
\item Add onion, mince, egg, basil, cheese and half the parsley.
\item Season with salt and pepper.
\item Mix to combine.
\item Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on a plate.
\item Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium to high heat.
\item Cook meatballs, turning, for 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
\item Add pasta sauce.
\item Bring to the boil.
\item Reduce heat to medium.
\item Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
\item Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
\item Serve with pasta.
