\item Preheat the oven to \qty{200}{\celsius}
\item Spray a roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray.
\item Place mushrooms all around the pan.
\item Arrange chicken over top of the mushrooms.
\item In a small bowl combine baharat, salt, orange zest and juice and extra
virgin olive oil. Mix well.
\item Spoon sauce over chicken and mushrooms. Make sure chicken skin is
coated with oil mixture.
\item Bake, uncovered, at \qty{200}{\celsius} for \qty{1}{\hour} and
\qty{25}{\minute}, or until the skin is slightly browned and crispy.
\item Serve hot.
