little problems in UI

In the banner, when I click the link 'click here for more information', page is redirected to this link "https://test.eventyay.com/cookie-policy" but 404 not found occurs.
also, I think the close (X) button of banner should be placed more righter and upper.

I have gone through the code and found the issue in the redirecting URL. so, please provide me the correct URL. Secondly, I will place the close button at its approperiate position.
